My wife, Christine, and I moved to Colorado so I could attend graduate school in the Ecology Program at CSU. Christine attended Veterinary School at CSU and now works at the Flint Animal Cancer Center, which is part of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital at CSU. As many folks do, we fell in love with the area and decided to make Fort Collins our home. We have lived in Old Town Fort Collins for the past 16 years and enjoy all of the activities the area provides.
One of the greatest appeals of the Fort Collins area is the ability to enjoy an active lifestyle. I take full advantage of this through cycling, fly-fishing, backpacking and skiing. Christine and I also enjoy traveling throughout Colorado and abroad.
I would welcome the opportunity to show you around this great area. We can tour by car or take advantage of the great biking the area provides on one of my famous "Old Town Biking Tours"- I can provide the bikes!
I can assist you whether you are an undergraduate or graduate student searching for housing for college, purchasing your first home, a move-up buyer, building a new home, finding your dream home or have a home to sell. I also welcome the opportunity to help investment buyers. In all situations, my objective is to use my experience to help you achieve your financial goals and to have the best real estate experience possible.
Provide exceptional service and value that facilitates positive real estate experiences and turns customers into friends.
